Donate books online! Help the library build up its collections by donating books online through Amazon Not finding a book that you need? Click here to find out how to request a book that the library doesn't have. Huntington Beach Public Library is a medium sized public library with a collection of approximately 450,000 books, 450 magazine subscriptions, 6,000 videotapes, 4,000 compact discs, 3,500 books on cassette and books on CD, and 700 DVDs. In addition to the typical items of a medium sized public library, we also have a large genealogy collection, and provide interlibrary loan services to help our patrons obtain items not in our collection.
